Upon the loan drawdown, you will enjoy a preferential interest rate in your savings account that linked with your mortgage loan. Details are as follow:

1. Your savings account will enjoy a preferential interest rate that equals to your mortgage interest rate. The preferential rate will be used to calculate the daily interest of your savings account.

2. The preferential rate will be applied for deposit amount up to 50% of the outstanding principal of your mortgage loan. If your saving account balance exceeded that amount, daily interest for the exceed portion will be calculated at our bank's normal savings rate.
