New Yaohan VIP lounge service Terms and conditions:

1. ICBC New Yaohan UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders") are entitled to 6 complimentary visits per year to the New Yaohan VIP Lounge (hereinafter referred to as the "VIP Lounge"). The entitlement resets annually on January 1st, and unused visits cannot be carried over to the following year. This offer is not applicable during New Yaohan's "VIP Days" and specified major events.

2. The operating hours of the New Yaohan VIP lounge are 12:00 - 19:30. If the VIP Lounge is hosting a private event or undergoing routine maintenance, it will be temporarily closed to the public. Please refer to on-site notices for such closures, as no further notice will be given. This offer is not valid during promotional periods (including New Yaohan's "VIP Days" as well as during specified major events).

3. Access to the VIP Lounge is restricted to the cardholder only. Admission is granted upon on-site registration by presenting a valid ICBC New Yaohan UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card (physical card or mobile banking app). The VIP Lounge does not accept reservations or seat-holding services.

4. By using VIP Lounge, the cardholder agrees that New Yaohan may store, process, and use the personal data provided when you are granted access to and during your use of the VIP Lounge, for the purpose of fulfilling its services by New Yaohan.

5. For eligible member who bring in more than the designated number of guests, MOP200 or 10,000 NY Points will be charged for the administration fee. Children cannot be leftalone in the VIP lounge.

6. Member and guest can stay in the VIP lounge for a maximum of 60 minutes. Due to VIP lounge space constraints, guests' access may need toqueue up or ask the guests who have timed out to leave.

7. Members and guests are responsible to keep all facilities and equipment in the VIP lounge clean and undamaged, and their guests should maintain courtesy towards other users and Club's staff, take care of the facilities and properties, Please help maintain a quiet and pleasantenvironment, do not make excessive noise and avoid causing disturbance to other visitors, and respect others' equal right to enjoy the facilities.

8. All electronic communication devices including mobile phones please set to silence or always vibrate mode in VIP lounge facilities and do notmake noise.

9. Members and guests should respect the privacy of other person on VIP lounge premises, and no photographs, videos or audio recordings ofother person may be taken on VIP lounge premises without their consent.

10. Except with the prior written approval of the New Yaohan, no Member and guest shall conduct any commercial, political, religious, or fundraising activity on the premises of the VIP lounge.

11. VIP lounge provided equipment rental service in the following:

11.1)MOP200 deposit is required for the umbrella rental and should be returned within 3 days. The deposit will be fully refundedupon return. In case of any damage or overdue return, New Yaohan will deduct the deposit without further notice.

11.2) MOP200 deposit is required for the power bank rental and should be returned on the same day. The deposit will be fully refunded upon return. In case of any damage or overdue return, New Yaohan will deduct the deposit without further notice.

11.3) Scarf should be returned on the same day. Any damage upon return should be compensated according to the price.

12. Enjoy the complimentary snacks and beverages provided in the VIP Lounge. Please note that these are for consumption within the lounge only, and we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing in outside food or drinks.

13. If any person is injured or decease and any property is damaged by the eligible member or his/her guests, the member or his/her guests aresolely responsible for all obligations, liabilities related and expenses.

14. Members who enter the VIP lounge should agree and abide by all terms and conditions.

16. In any discrepancy between the contents of these terms and conditions and those in other language versions, the Chinese version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.

Additional Two Hours of Free Parking at New YaohanTerms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders using their ICBC New Yaohan UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card who have a single net spending receipt of MOP200 or more on the same day at New Yaohan store (Nam Van store) are entitled to an additional two hours of free parking at the New Yaohan Car Park. This offer is not applicable during New Yaohan's "VIP Days" and specified major events.
  2. The operating hours of the New Yaohan Car Park are from 10:00 to 23:00.
  3. This free parking offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers, with a maximum combined total of 4 hours of free parking.
  4. A valid ICBC New Yaohan UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card (physical card or displayed via the ICBC (Macau) Mobile Banking app) and the original same-day net spending receipt(s) must be presented.
  5. Parking time exceeding the registered free parking period will be charged at the standard rate.
  6. Net spending receipts are calculated based on the actual amount paid (i.e., only the approved net transaction amount after discounts and after using shopping vouchers, or gift cards).
  7. For original order receipts, only the net amount of the deposit paid on that day will be calculated. The original receipt for the remaining balance must be paid within the promotional period to be eligible, and only the balance amount paid on that day will be considered.
  8. For installment payment receipts, the calculation is based on the total net transaction amount of the registered installment payment.
  9. Net spending transactions for the parking offer do not apply to the purchase of shopping vouchers, cancelled transactions, or refund transactions. Only complete and undamaged original transaction receipts will be accepted. Any photocopies, handwritten receipts, expired receipts, or damaged machine-printed receipts will not be accepted.
  10. All original transaction receipts, once registered, cannot be altered in any way.
  11. New Yaohan reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this activity at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of New Yaohan shall be final.
