Each Visa Infinite cardholder will be designated account manager who provides  privilege services.

 

Priority access to all branches of ICBC (Macau) to enjoy more convenient services

Please be informed that with effect from October 14 2024, the condition for ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite Credit cardholders enjoying priority queuing service will be adjusted as follows:

 

   Visa Infinite Principal cardholder and/or their supplementary cards whose accumulated qualified spending* is equivalent to MOP100,000 or more from January 1 to December 31 2023, or assets reach MOP 3,000,000 or more with our Bank will be eligible for priority queuing service during the current year.

 

 Newly joined Visa Infinite Principal cardholder will enjoy priority queuing service during the current year.

 

 All Supplementary cardholders of ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite Credit card will not be eligible for priority queuing service.

 

* The following transactions will not be considered as eligible spending: transactions not shown in statement, ICBC e-Payment, cash advance, casino chips, installment, late charges, account service charges, insurance premium charges, tax payments, and any transactions that have been canceled or refunded. The Bank’s record shall prevail.

 

Flexible credit limit adjustment

The Visa Infinite cardholders can apply for permanent or temporary credit limit adjustment by contacting your designated account manager for your convenience. We will validate the temporary credit limit adjustment in accordance with cardholders’ request and inform cardholders of the final approval result timely.

Exclusive privileges and service facilities

The Visa Infinite Cardholder can enjoy the following exclusive privileges provided by DragonPass:

 

From December 3, 2024 at 00:00 (Macau time, GMT+8), "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" cardholders’ airport VIP lounge privileges will be adjusted. The "LoungeKey"and "Priority Pass" airport VIP lounge services will be terminated, and will be replaced by "DragonPass" VIP lounge services. The number of complimentary visits that "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholders can enjoy will depend on the accumulated eligible spending in the previous calendar year. Cardholders can enjoy complimentary "DragonPass" VIP lounge serviceswith the number of visits entitled.

I.         Eligible customers and Visits

"ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholders can enjoy free lounge services provided by "DragonPass" according to the accumulated eligible spending from January 1 to December 31 of the previous calendar year (inclusive of the first and last days). Details are as follows:

*Remarks:

1.         Private Banking customer refers to the customer who has signed the agreement and acknowledge as the Private Banking customer.If the standard requirement of the Private Banking has not been fulfilled, the agreement of the Private Banking service will be cancelled.Thus,the benefit and the service of the VIP lounge will be suspended without further notice.

2.         A "Qualified Fortune Card Customer" refers to a customer who holds an ICBC (Macau) Fortune Card (physical or virtual card) and maintains an average daily asset balance of not less than MOP3,000,000 or equivalent in our bank each month. If the assetbalance falls below the required threshold, the customer will no longer be entitled to the related exclusive services. Additionally, after becoming a Fortune Card Customer Customer, ICBC (Macau) will review the customer's average daily asset balance over a consecutive six-month period to ensure it remains not less than MOP3,000,000 each month. If the asset standard is not met, ICBC (Macau) will revoke the Fortune Card Customer status of the customer and the customer will no longer enjoy the related rights, services, and discounts, without further notice.

3.         New "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder refers to a customer who has never held any "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal card in the past and successfully activated this card. The qualification of New "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder is according to the card activation date.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1.     The number of complimentary access to"DragonPass" VIP lounges are based on the maximum number of visits that cardholders entitled.

2.     The access of "DragonPass" global airport VIP lounges and the high speed rail station VIP lounges in Mainland China are applicable to principal cardholders only, accompanying guest is not able to enjoy the complimentary visit.

3.     When customer is qualified as"ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder, "Private Banking Customer" or "Qualified Fortune Card Customer", he/ she can enjoy the complimentary "DragonPass" access from 15th of the next calendar month.

4.     The accumulated eligible spending calculation period is from January 1 to December 31 of the previous calendar year (inclusive of the first and last days).

5.     The eligible spending of all ICBC credit cards under the name of the"ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder, his/ her "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" supplementary cards will be counted as accumulated eligible spending.

6.     The spending of other ICBC supplementary credit cards of the "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder will not be counted as accumulated eligible spending.

7.     A new "ICBC Wealth Management Visa Infinite" principal cardholder can enjoy 2 times "DragonPass" complimentary VIP lounge services in the first year. From the following year, the number of complimentary "DragonPass" access will depend on the accumulated eligible spending in the previous calendar year.

8.     The following transactions will not be considered as eligible spending: transactions not shown in statement, ICBC e-Payment, cash advance, casino chips, installment, late charges, account service charges, insurance premium charges, tax payments, and any transactions that have been canceled or refunded. The Bank’s record shall prevail.

9.     Cardholder’s accounts must be in good status, without any limit excess or overdue payables, and without violating the terms and conditions of the ICBC Credit Card Cardholder’s agreement in order to enjoy complimentary "DragonPass" services.

10.  ICBC (Macau) reserves the right to amend or terminates the above service or the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. ICBC (Macau) assume no liability in respect thereof with the above modification.

11.  In case of any dispute, ICBC (Macau) reserve the rights of final decision and interpretation.

12.  If there is any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

The Cardholder is entitled to enjoy the protection of global travel (personal accident) insurance when he/she uses Visa Infinite to pay for public transport conveyance tickets in full or pay a full 100% of the total cost of a packaged tour which includes tickets for Public Transport for himself/herself.

 

l  Personal Accident Benefit on public transport *

Personal accident benefit on public transport applies to the Cardholder who suffers bodily injury resulting in death or permanent disablement whilst riding as a passenger on board a Public Transport conveyance.

*“Public Transport” refers to a licensed and / or scheduled transport service (other than contractor or private carrier) which any member of the public can join at a recognised stop and pay a fare.
