"Personal Global Account Management" allows you to manage all your personal accounts opened with ICBC branches around the globe. By linking these accounts together, you can check the balance and total asset value of all your accounts and transfer funds among them.

Target Customers
Customers who have activated ICBC Macau's personal internet banking system and hold accounts opened with other global branches of ICBC3.

Provides 24-hour self-service enquiry service for global accounts. Transfer/remittance services are available only within specified periods.
How to Apply
1. Apply through ICBC Macau's counter;
2. Apply through overseas ICBC branch's online banking system, subject to confirmation on ICBC Macau's online banking system.
Note:
1. Transfer/remittance services are available only to customers who apply over the counter and are subject to the policies of regulatory authorities and ICBC in the country/region where the relevant account is opened.
2. For remittance to a personal account with an ICBC bank outlet outside Macau, if the conditions of the local beneficiary website are met for automation, the fund will be automatically paid into the payee's account within 10 minutes at the soonest. The actual time the payment is entered into the beneficiary account may vary depending on factors including but not limited to the following: a) accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the customer; b) the operation procedure and practice of the beneficiary bank in the given country/region, including exchange control, other laws, regulations and restrictions, and on a holiday or outside of business hours; c) computer failures or hostile weather; d) whether personal foreign exchange service is activated on the beneficiary website.
3. Applies only to ICBC branches in a country/region that offer this service. Overseas institutional accounts must be bank cards or bankbooks that support money withdrawal by password.
